Shipping policy

General

All average orders are shipped out between 1-5 business days unless otherwise posted. If you do not receive a shipment conformation within that time frame please contact: DeitiesCrystals@gmail.com with your name and order number. you will hear back from us within 24 hours. 

International Orders 

All international orders run the chance of having tariffs at the door. At this point in time we at Deities Crystals are unable to cover any extra tariffs at the door. We will try our best to make sure there are little to none tariffs but there is never a grantee. As an international customer you should be expecting these charges. As we grow further in the future we may look into absorbing these costs. International shipping is $15.00-$30.00 depending on the weight. Canadian Free shipping is at 100$USD. The maximum weight we will send to Canada in one package is 2.5 pounds. 

Damages/Issues

When the package first arrives please exam it very well and let us know within the first 24 hours of any damages. After 24 hours exchanges/ refunds will not accepted.

All items are un-refundable once purchased and 24 hours has past. 

  • You will be contacted processing times needed to be changed or if package gets lost.
